Returns and Postage

 

Orders will be dispatched the same working day if received before 11am subject to availability. Your parcel will be sent out 2nd class . Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days but this is not a guarantee.

All products are securely packaged to prevent damage but in the event your products arrive damaged or not delivered then please contact us and then we will raise a dispute with the carrier. After which a full refund or exchange will be arranged after we receive the products which must be unused and in the original packaging.

Please check your order when it arrives  and let us know of any damage or missing items. Any shortages will be shipped as soon as possible at no further cost.

Shipping Costs Standard  2-3 business days - up to 2kilo  - £3.95

                                                                                                  2 - 10 kilo - £6.95

First Class           Standard 1-2 business days - up to 2 kilo -  £4.95

                                                                                                  2 - 10 kilo -  £7.95

Due to the nature of our products,  all of our products are hand crafted - from our natural soaps to our wax melts, bath products etc they are made in small batches to ensure the highest-quality is maintained. These goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for un-opened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.

Please ensure you order the correct item you want.
If you change your mind about your order you are within your rights to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund or exchange when the items have been returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. In the event they have already been dispatched then you the customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods.

In the event they are damaged or not delivered then we will raise a dispute with Royal Mail or Hermes.
​If, however, you aren't happy about a product you've bought, please get in touch with us and we'll do all we can to resolve the issue quickly.
