This website is run by JP's Soaps & Scents. Please read the terms and conditions below. If you disagree with any of these terms then you should not use this website.

Purchases
Ensure your order is correct before you checkout and that you have everything you need. We are unable to combine delivery costs of orders placed separately. Orders can not be changed once we receive them.
Please ensure all information you provide is accurate. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct details.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders without any prior notice where a refund will be processed.

Discounts
From time to time  promotions, discounts will be offered by using a code at checkout. We reserve the right to withdraw any discounts without prior notice. Only one discount/promotion codes can be used at any one time. Receiving a discount code is not guarantee that it will be accepted in the event it has expired. 

UK/EU Cosmetic Regulations
All cosmetic products are covered by product Safety Reports and are compliant with UK/EU Regulations.
We are Proud to be a member of The Guild of Craft Soap & Toiletry Makers.
The Guild has two very specific aims:
1. To raise awareness of the legislative standards that are in place that apply to craft soap and toiletry products – specifically EU Regulation 1223/2009 (Cosmetics Regulation)
2. To register as members of the Guild crafters who work in compliance with this legislation and who hold relevant public liability insurance
All products are compliant and fully insured.
